Our criminal practice is devoted exclusively to the defense of state and federal criminal charges. Additionally, the firm handles administrative proceedings related to criminal charges such as DMV Drivers License Suspension or Revocation hearings.
Our case load includes misdemeanor prosecutions, the most common of which include DUI, spousal battery, and drug possession. The balance of our work is felony based and runs the gamut from more serious drug offenses, to violent crimes and serious financial crimes. This office has successfully handled a full range of serious criminal cases.
The mission of this office is to provide excellent personal service to the individual charged with a crime and prides itself on personal attention given to each case. This is not a mill. We also understand the devastating financial consequences of legal fees and thus try to keep our fees reasonable so that the individual charged with a crime does not have to lose everything to protect themselves. Payment plans are available in many cases and our firm makes every effort to ensure the client can afford legal services.
